NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM? NO PROBLEM.
We accept returns and exchanges according to the following terms:
Custom-made gear is non-returnable (Custom Frame Bags, gear modified to your specifications, or Pro Custom Program pieces, for example)
Sale items, Factory Second items, and Limited Edition items are non-returnable.
All returned items must be brand-new, never used, include tags, and absolutely squeaky clean (so make sure your bike is clean before trying gear out)
All returns must be requested within 30 days of order date, and received at Bedrock HQ within 10 days of RA# being sent
All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized - simply send us an email at email@example.com telling us what piece you'd like to return and the reason, and we'll get an RA# back to you
You are responsible for shipping costs both ways. If you received free shipping on the original order and return items that bring your net order below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
Please choose your Bedrock gear carefully - read all the specifications, install instructions, etc. - so that you have the best chance of receiving gear that will work for your purposes!
